In recognition of World Food Day (Oct 16), several poets and hunger experts gathered under the auspices of Moonstone Arts Center in Philadelphia, PA, USA to present poems, thoughts and actions for Speaking Back to Hunger. Thanks to Larry Robin of Moonstone Arts Center for hosting the event. Featured on the video are Josephine LoRe (Canada), Taku Chikepe (Zimbabwe and USA), Aaron R (USA), Tony Treanor (Ireland) and Ladi Di Beverly (USA). Dr. Melanie Miller Foster of Pennsylvania State University, USA is also showcased.
