Call to Action: Now More than Ever

One of the many looming threats of the current pandemic is a surge in levels of hunger and food insecurity.  Many folks who were previously food secure are suddenly facing hunger square on.  Spikes in hunger are predicted in our neighborhoods, in each state, in our country and around the world.

Poetry X Hunger calls on poets in a Now More than Ever moment to use their gift of words to raise voices against hunger as it accompanies the pandemic.  Submitted poems will be found in this section and will demonstrate the power of poetry to bring voice to our collective efforts to reverse hunger trends, especially now.   Yes, Now More than Ever!
